We offer you a voluntary right of withdrawal. Within 14 days and without giving any reason you can cancel the order and return the ordered goods. In this case, please contact us by e-mail: hi@mightypapershop.com

YOUR ORDER

What happens after my order?

We will send you an order confirmation by email in a few minutes. If you have not received an email from us, please check your spam folder. If your order has been processed and packed, you will receive another email with all the details. Within Germany, your order will reach you within 2-3 business days

I have not received an order confirmation.

No email from us arrived in your inbox? Please check your spam folder. If you still haven't received an order confirmation after 24 hours, feel free to contact our Support.

Can I cancel, change or add to my already paid order?

Cancellation of your order is possible as long as it has not yet been shipped by us. Please contact our support as soon as possible.

You can add more items to your order, even after you have already completed it. If you want to, we ask you to place another order. Please send us an email with a short note to our support afterwards, so that we can send both orders in one package and refund you the shipping costs if necessary.

Can I adjust my delivery address later?

A change of your shipping address is also possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our Support as soon as possible

Is an exchange possible?

We are happy to offer you an exchange if you do not like the color or size of an ordered item. Please contact our Support by email with your order number.

Are your payment methods secure?

Of course! The eCommerce platform we use is accredited by PCI DSS (Payment Creditcard Industry Data Security Standard) and thus meets the security requirements of this strict standard for the protection of credit card holder data.

Is registration necessary to order online?

No, you can also order as a guest.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. You can place orders with us in any amount.

Where is my package?

As soon as we have handed over your package to our logistics partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. All information can also be found in this e-mail. Did not receive an email? Please check your spam folder as well.

How long does the shipping take?

Delivery times from payment:


Germany: 2-3 days

Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, France, Benelux, Denmark, Poland: 3-5 days

Spain, Italy, Scandinavia, UK, rest of Europe: 5-7 days

Russia, Israel: 15-22 days

South Africa: 9-13 days

Japan, Singapore: 8-10 days

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, rest of Asia: 10-12 days

Central and South America: 15-20 days

Which shipping service provider do you use?

We ship depending on the package size with Deutsche Post or DHL.

Is delivery to a Packstation possible?

95% of our shipments are packed so small and flat that they fit in your mailbox. If you place a larger order with larger items, we will gladly send them to a packing station. You can select this in the "Address" step when you complete your order. Unfortunately, DHL parcel stores cannot be selected as delivery address. If you do not know the number of your Packstation, you can find it via the DHL Packstation-Finder.

Is it also possible to pick up at your place?

We do not run a store and ship from our warehouse in Berlin-Adlershof. Therefore, we do not offer pickup and keep the shipping costs for you as low as possible.

How long does it take for you to ship the ordered items?

Please give us some time to prepare your items for shipping. We usually ship within 24-48 hours, for some orders it may be even faster. Feel free to let us know if you need it faster - for example, if it's a gift for a birthday or an upcoming wedding.

COMPLAINT & RETURN

Why don't you offer free returns?

We firmly believe that returns can not be free of charge and are calculated into the system by other retailers who offer this. We offer you fair and transparent prices. They do not include any hidden costs for any return shipment. The costs for the return shipment must therefore be borne by you. You confirm this with the purchase and with the acceptance of our terms and conditions. If your delivery is incomplete or defective, please contact our Support.

Where do I send my return?

Please send the goods unused and in the original packaging to our Berlin address.

What should be considered when returning the goods?

Please send us the items to be returned unused in the original packaging. You are also welcome to use the box that we shipped your order in for the return shipment. Once your return is received, we will refund you the amount.

I have sent a return but have not yet received a refund.

It can take up to 10 days until a return has arrived and has been checked by our team. If you do not receive a notification and refund within this time, please contact us.

PACKAGING

Do you pay attention to environmentally friendly packaging?

Plastic-free shipping

We don't use plastic at all for shipping - we use paper tape and cardboard boxes. For delicate items, we use corrugated cardboard, packing paper, and rubber rings. When we do use plastic for our packaging, it is recycled and clean from shipments we receive ourselves or from neighboring companies. All of our shipping labels are paper as well.

If we use plastic, it is recycled.

Orders to Germany and Europe are taped with paper tape. For large shipments over 5kg or for larger shipments overseas over 2kg, we still have to use plastic tape as this is safer for longer distances. Secure shipping is our highest priority.

If you would like new shipping material for your order for health reasons, we will of course be happy to set that up for you.

Is it possible to receive my order gift wrapped?

We also offer a gift box for the price of 4,00 €. We will gladly send your order directly to the recipient. In this case, we do not enclose the invoice in the package.
